Auditing and auditors

The auditor of Scandi Standard is elected annually at the annual general meeting of the company. At the annual general meeting 2025, Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was re-elected as auditor for the time until the close of the next annual general meeting. Linda Corneliusson is the auditor in charge.

Pursuant to the resolution of the annual general meeting, the fees to the auditor shall be paid in accordance with approved invoice. For further information on the fees to the auditor, please refer to note 7 and note 31 in the company’s annual report under Reports & presentations.
