Scandi Standard has received an `A' rating for climate actions from the global non-profit organisation CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) for the second consecutive year. The rating is based on the company reporting to CDP in 2025 and recognises Scandi Standard's continued focus on environmental transparency, robust governance, and concrete actions to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
- We are proud to once again be among the few Swedish companies that receive an `A' rating from CDP. It confirms that our climate efforts are both ambitious and firmly embedded in our business strategy and operations. Simultaneously, it highlights our ongoing focus on implementation and measurable progress moving forward. I would like to thank our teams across Scandi Standard, as well as our suppliers, whose commitment and collaboration are vital to this work, says Ida Ljungkvist, Group Sustainability Director at Scandi Standard.
Scandi Standard continues its efforts to reduce its climate footprint, with a strong emphasis on execution and impact across the value chain. Climate initiatives are integrated into daily operations and supported by structured governance, science-based targets, and a clear transition plan. Emission reduction measures are being advanced both within Scandi Standard's own operations and in collaboration with suppliers, while climate objectives are increasingly embedded into financial processes, incentives, and decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
- Sustainability is an integral part of Scandi Standard's strategy and long-term value creation. A structured, forward-looking approach to climate issues strengthens our competitiveness and supports our ability to meet the increasing expectations of customers, investors, and regulators, says Jonas Tunestål, CEO of Scandi Standard.
